This event is designed to bring together planners, municipal and county officials, engineers, regulatory staff, scientists, environmental groups, and invested citizens to discuss the tools and techniques of watershed protection.  The technical background provided at this event will prepare decision makers for consensus building and action planning around watershed issues on day 2 of the training series.
